About Bloomtree
Built at the intersection of innovation and human development.
Bloomtree is a human-capacity and experience-design company that creates recurring founder-development programs for accelerator, venture, and founder ecosystems.
Through experiential group programs, founders build capacities they can apply directly to the realities of company building.
Our roots
Community building and embodied practice.
Bloomtree grew from two strands of Adriana Cerundolo’s work: community building within technology ecosystems, and facilitating personal development practices.
Her technology background includes leading global developer communities at Google and supporting founder and Web3 communities at Celo. Much of that work focused on designing community-first programs and gatherings that strengthened belonging, shared purpose, and connection to the broader ecosystem, including international Google Developer Group summits and programming for Celo’s flagship conference in Barcelona.
At Google, Adriana also founded Intentional Tech, an employee community exploring how greater awareness and intention could inform the work of building technology. That inquiry—how to balance constant execution with the awareness needed for thoughtful, creative work—would later become foundational to Bloomtree.
Alongside that work, Adriana has spent more than a decade training in and facilitating personal development practices, including Kundalini yoga teaching, sound therapy, and 7Directions women’s dance ceremony facilitation.
Who shapes the work
A collaborative facilitation team.
Adriana leads Bloomtree’s overall methodology and program design in collaboration with Stacie and Tatiana, who contribute complementary expertise to the development and delivery of the program. Together, the team brings experience across confidence, speaking and pitching, creative practice, embodied facilitation, and group development.

She brings expertise in creative practice, visual expression, and perspective-taking, and collaborates with Adriana in developing experiential workshops that use creativity to deepen reflection, insight, and connection.
How the founder program began
The work grew from inside a founder ecosystem.
Bloomtree’s founder program began while Adriana was working at Celo. As Celo Camp, the organization’s founder accelerator, was taking shape, she was invited to create a developmental series drawing on her background in personal development and group facilitation. The series became Prosper, and strong founder response led it to return across multiple cohorts.
As the program evolved, Adriana expanded the session library and began developing workshops with additional facilitators whose expertise broadened the experience. When she later began working independently, Upright—the accelerator program developer running Celo Camp—continued bringing her back to deliver and refine the work. That recurring partnership became the foundation of Bloomtree’s Founder Development Program.

Across programs, communities, and gatherings.
Beyond founder cohorts, Bloomtree has designed and facilitated experiential sessions within innovation communities, including Celo Salon gatherings in Paris and San Francisco, programming for Wyldmynd in Paris, Recharge experiences across consecutive SF Tech Weeks, and team-retreat facilitation.
Across these settings, Bloomtree brings the same attention to intentional group design, experiential practice, creative exploration, and meaningful connection.
